Come Back to Each other.

Even in a loving relationship it’s easy to lose our way.

Hold Me Tight is a two-day experiential workshop designed to help couples understand the deeper patterns shaping their relationship and create new experiences of emotional connection.  It uses the leading evidence backed modality for couples counseling: Emotion Focused Therapy.

In one weekend, you’ll leave with greater understanding, new ways of reaching for one another, and a stronger bond that helps your relationship feel like home.
